  • Schedule: 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. or 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  • Employment: Full-time, hourly, non-exempt
  • Work arrangement: Onsite
About the Role
Build quality products through safe, accurate, hands-on manufacturing work.
As an Injection Molding Operator at MacLean-Fogg, you will operate and monitor injection molding machines, robots, and assembly equipment at our Whitewater manufacturing facility. You will inspect parts, use measuring tools, complete production records, and make approved equipment adjustments to keep production running safely and efficiently.
Openings are available on 2nd and 3rd shift. Candidates will be considered for the shift that best aligns with their availability and current staffing needs.
What You Will Do
  • Operate and monitor injection molding machines, robots, assembly equipment, and related production systems
  • Run multiple assigned machines safely and efficiently
  • Inspect molded parts and assemblies to verify that they meet quality requirements
  • Use measuring instruments to confirm product specifications
  • Identify equipment, process, or product-quality concerns and communicate them promptly
  • Perform basic-to-intermediate troubleshooting and make approved equipment adjustments
  • Follow work instructions, production standards, and established operating procedures
  • Complete production, inspection, and other required documentation accurately
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures
  • Communicate production status and unresolved concerns to the appropriate lead or supervisor
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to operate mechanical or automated production equipment safely
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions
  • Ability to follow verbal directions and communicate production concerns clearly
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving ability
  • Ability to complete production and quality documentation accurately
  • Ability to manage multiple machines, tasks, or priorities during a shift
  • Ability to work the complete assigned shift onsite in Whitewater
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous plastic injection molding experience
  • Experience operating automated equipment or industrial robots
  • Experience using measuring instruments in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience inspecting manufactured parts against quality requirements
  • Experience performing basic machine troubleshooting and adjustments
