Tuition reimbursement program (salaried employees after working full time for at least one year) Employee assistance program Compensation: $23.50 at time of hire, $24.00 after 90 days of service Shift: Sun.-Tues.: 6:30am-3:00pm, Wed.-Thurs.: 10:30pm-7:00am, Fri.-Sat.: OFF General Summary: Provide administrative support to the Security staff and be main operator of base.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Security department administrator responsible for the collecting, collating and dissemination of event information, calendars and schedules on behalf of the department Provide staffing support for data entry (hours allocations, reports, security logs), assist with the POD’s (plan of the day) as needed, regular written correspondence, maintain and organize office files, customer service representation, and verbal communications, and special projects Provide on-site and telephone assistance and conclusion to customer, client and vendor inquiries Maintain Security event files and floor plan files with all applicable data and information for entry to the files. Update event files/floor plan files as new information is received Assist with any changes in access to client keys by request only. Will take photos for badges of IATSE workforce and will assist with distribution of badges when needed.

Sign in and give wristband or temp badge to people entering at base. Absence of felony or violent crime convictions Assist and help with dock access when needed. Other duties as assigned Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
