  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, coordinate testing, manage deliverables, and support production readiness activities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess impacts, identify risks, and support solution delivery.

  • Experience validating testing results, conversion outputs, reports, reconciliations, or financial balancing activities.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts, project status, risks, and issue resolution to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel or other data analysis tools.

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education, work history and military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience with Fiserv Optis production programs and processes.

  • Experience supporting card issuing, payments, banking, or other financial services platforms.

  • Experience supporting client conversions, portfolio migrations, deconversions, or onboarding implementations.

  • Experience working with mainframe technologies, COBOL, IBM Job Control Language (JCL), TSO/TPX, or similar legacy processing environments.
