What You Bring
  • 5+ years quota-carrying experience selling voice solutions in contact center space
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding $1M+ annual quotas
  • Deep knowledge of IVR/IVA and contact center technologies
  • Experience with Salesforce for forecasting and opportunity management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Healthcare or health/life sciences industry experience
  • Experience with conversational AI technologies
  • Existing relationships in healthcare provider market
  • Willingness to travel to customers as needed (25-30% travel expected)
