Income levels of up to $60K or more depending on wholesale parts experience and the ability to sell to your customers!

Responsibilities
  • Handle telephone parts orders called in by retail accounts
  • Promote additional parts sales by suggesting related items, seasonal lines, and/or parts specialists
  • Conduct regular telephone solicitation on assigned accounts
  • Inform customers when parts specially ordered for them are received
  • Determine correct part numbers and "pick" parts for orders received
  • Arrange for delivery or shipment of parts as required
  • Prepare and cost out parts invoices
  • Assist with regular parts inventories and the selection of parts for return under parts obsolescence protection program
  • Attend group training sessions as required
  • Any other duties or tasks, asked by the Wholesale Parts Director

Work from Home Qualifications
  • 90-day onsite training in the warehouse
  • Maintain sales and phone call volume requirements
  • Ability to navigate, CCC, CDK, Parts Trader, OPS
  • Attend weekly team meetings with the Wholesale Parts Director

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • 2+ years of parts experience
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Tech savvy and comfortable with computers
  • Previous experience in an automotive parts department or experience in wholesale parts with a business book in the surrounding area
  • Great work ethic and ability to work on a team
  • Ability to work well with the public, sometimes with several customers at a time
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
