Job description

We are seeking a Telephone Answering Service Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for helping patients and serving our clients as an extension of their medical offices.
Responsibilities:

  • Take office messages from patients for offices to act upon
  • Connect patients and providers, coordinating patient care
  • Appointment Scheduling
  • Prescription refill coordination
  • Emergency after hours support
  • Connect patients with our nurse triage team

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to serve callers with empathy and patience
  • Ability to type and use basic computer software
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Our Core Values are Service, Dependability, Integrity, and Teamwork. This may be an interview question.

Hours:

  • Training Schedules may vary. Shifts are subject to change to support clients and call volumes for the team.
  • Expect Tuesday-Friday 1:00pm-8:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am-5pm.
  • Opportunities to sign up for more shifts upon full qualification and training.
