Job description

We’re hiring a Bilingual Customer Care Representative for our Southwest Houston area client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

  • Job Title: Bilingual Customer Care Representative
  • Location: Southwest Houston
  • Pay: $15.50/hour
  • Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
  • Duration: Temp-to-hire
  • Description of Duties: Manage large number of calls while assisting customers with various needs. Identify and address needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Requirements: Bilingual required, ability to handle large call volumes, previous utility experience is a plus. Strong phone contact handling and effective listening skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written.).
