Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $19-20/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Know product specifications, pricing, SOPs, and promotions.
  • Keep showroom organized, neat, and safe.
  • Read and analyze customer room layouts, retrieve product codes.
  • Enter and verify orders in the system, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collect payments and review customer accounts regularly.
  • Assist with returns and replacements.
  • Organize and maintain customer files and records.
  • Attend training and networking events as needed.
  • Support event preparation and implementation.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
