Outbound Telemarketing Representative

Location: Madison Heights Shift: 1st Flexible scheduling options Pay: $17
Job Summary
We are hiring Outbound Telemarketing Representatives to support sales and customer outreach efforts. In this role, you will make outbound calls to businesses, introduce products and services, and schedule appointments for the sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, professional, and comfortable communicating over the phone.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Make outbound calls using the provided call lists
• Introduce company products and services professionally
• Generate interest and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Accurately document call activity and outcomes
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude on every call
• Support additional administrative or customer service tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
