Job Title: Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member
Location: Wayne, PA
Position Type: Full-time
Compensation: Hourly plus bonuses
About the Role:
Are you friendly, persuasive, and comfortable talking on the phone? We're looking for a motivated telemarketer to join our State Farm agency team! In this role, you'll focus on reaching out to potential customers, introducing State Farm products, and setting appointments for licensed agents to follow up.
Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists.
  • Introduce State Farm insurance products and services in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments for licensed team members to discuss insurance options.
  • Record call activity and follow-up details accurately in the CRM system.
  • Represent the agency positively and uphold the State Farm brand.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and phone skills; confident and customer-oriented.
  • Goal-driven with a positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Previous sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A desire for an Insurance Career
  • Willing to obtain the Property and Casualty License
