• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring clarity and understanding of their mental health needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Provide ongoing counseling sessions, adapting strategies based on client progress and feedback.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver holistic care that meets all aspects of the client's needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, while ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.
• Participate in continual learning through workshops and professional development opportunities, remaining updated on advancements in mental health treatment practices.

Our counselors primarily work with a diverse client base across New Jersey, addressing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We place a strong emphasis on culturally competent care, empowering clients from various backgrounds to achieve their personal goals and overcome life’s obstacles through tailored therapeutic approaches.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling services, preferably within a clinical or telehealth setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines, legal standards, and best practices related to counseling and therapy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and foster trust-based therapeutic relationships.
• Proficient in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other telehealth platforms for effective practice management.

• Specialization in trauma, substance abuse, couples counseling, or family therapy is highly desirable.
• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Participation in professional counseling organizations or contributions to mental health advocacy groups.

This full-time remote position offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as malpractice insurance coverage. We also provide unlimited client referrals and fully manage billing and paperwork to allow counselors to focus on client care.
