Whatย youโllย do:ย
- Program Management:ย Design, implement, and manage programs and processes to improveย the employeeย experience, including project management, vendor management,ย content creation, communications, and program analytics.
- Stakeholder Engagement:ย Partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure the simplicity, relevancy, and value of programs, and provide guidanceย to HRBPs to support successful adoption
- Onboarding:ย Develop and implementย a coreย onboarding experience for all employees.
- Recognition:ย Manage our internal recognition platformย and lead recognition initiatives.
- Performance Management: Manage performance management activities including goal setting, mid-year check-ins, and year-end evaluations.
- Culture: Support a revitalized culture by embedding Superiorโs values in all programs and initiatives.
- Inclusion: Support inclusion initiatives as needed.
- Mentor:ย Act as a mentor toย the Talent Performance & Experience Specialist
- Technology Enablement: Leverage technology and AI toย optimizeย performance and engagement programs.
- Compliance:ย Ensure adherence to employment laws and organizational policies. ย
