Purpose of Role
We are looking for a motivated Technology Project Manager who is comfortable and capable of supporting the execution of technology initiatives, from strategic projects to functional enhancements to operational maintenance and upgrades.
You will work closely with and take direction from Technology PMO program managers and cross-functional teams across Regional Technology, SAP Applications, Global Product, Supply Chain Planning & Distribution and Finance (GSCP&F), Cyber Security, Legal, Ecommerce, QA, associated vendor partnerships, and other business stakeholders to plan, organize, track, and report on assigned projects and/or tasks efficiently and effectively. This role requires someone who is flexible and comfortable with dynamic and evolving assignments and willing to roll up their sleeves when needed to help ensure the team, project, and business outcomes are successful.
This includes planning and coordinating integrations, change management, training, resourcing, and dependencies to deliver successful outcomes for the GSCP&F Tower. We need someone who is highly detail-oriented, excellent at team motivation and accountability, and committed to delivering on time with a high-quality bar. It also doesn't hurt if you are passionate about health and fitness.
Your Impact
  • Support facilitation of Waterfall and/or Agile ceremonies in alignment with our selected ways of working and defined frameworks.
  • Support and maintain project plans, RAID (risk, action item, issue, decision) logs, communications plans, and stakeholder RACIs, ensuring relevant project repositories are created and effectively formatted for use.

  • Support the facilitation of activities across cross-functional teams and proactively identify and support the management of dependencies across them.
  • Inspire teamwork without direct reporting authority and focus your energies on the health of your project team(s).
  • Coordinate keeping project artifacts up to date in UA business systems like Confluence and JIRA, also responsible for creating project monitoring tools like Dashboards and Risk logs to avoid project pitfalls.
  • Escalate issues and impacts to delivery timelines and work proactively with teams to remove barriers to project execution.
  • Represent project teams in status meetings and portfolio reports for business and technology stakeholders.
  • Escalate risks, issues, and decisions to the Program Manager or leadership, as appropriate.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working in a cross-functional team environment with a track record of being a part of software projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience and success with both waterfall and agile project delivery.
  • Knowledge of agile principles and scrum processes.
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of successful project management.
  • Acute attention to detail and exemplary communication & organization skills.
  • Proficiency in software dependency management across technology stacks, for example middleware services, web, and native applications.
  • Flexibility to help teams execute without perfect process or overbearing checklists.
  • Coordinate with third party vendors and remote teams so your team can deliver against commitments.
  • Knows the difference between process that adds value vs. process that impedes teams
  • Appreciates the attention to detail and what it takes to build a project plan
