Description
iNet is hiring a Project Coordinator to drive execution of field-based network and infrastructure projects. This is a fast-paced, operations-focused role responsible for keeping projects on schedule, coordinating field activity, and managing real-time logistics across multiple teams. This role requires hands-on coordination and ownership of project outcomes.
What You'll Do
  • Own day-to-day project coordination across multiple active projects
  • Build and manage schedules, timelines, and deliverables
  • Track milestones and proactively identify and resolve delays
  • Coordinate field dispatch, technician schedules, and vendor activity
  • Manage work orders from assignment through completion
  • Ensure field teams have accurate job packages and clear direction
  • Coordinate equipment readiness, delivery, and site timing
  • Provide clear, timely updates to operations, engineering, and leadership
  • Maintain accurate project data in Salesforce, Smartsheet, or similar tools

Requirements
