Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business since 1936, is hiring Project Coordinators for telecommunication construction projects in the Phoenix area. The Telecom Project Coordinator will be responsible for meeting project goals promptly and safely with the project team. The ideal candidate must be able to read prints, plan crew schedules, assist with estimating, coordinate scheduling, permitting, documentation, and communicate with customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Assists Sr. Project Manager with various tasks.
2. Ensures accuracy of timesheets and expense reports
3. Monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
4. Provide administrative support as needed
5. Monitors Quality Assurance and ensures installations meet customer specifications and industry standards.
6. Ensures all crews observe safety practices during their work
7. Reports, coordinates and supervises all aspects of a project
8. May work independently performing site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assurance
Requirements & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
2. Three years in a related field.
3. Must have previous experience working with blueprints, and specifications .
4 . Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
7. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
8. Ability to travel if required
