Coordinate Projects That Keep Critical Systems Connected as a Project Management Coordinator with PDS Tech!

Pay: $47.65

We’re seeking a highly organized and collaborative Project Management Coordinator to support Telecom and IT project delivery. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring projects are planned, tracked, and executed effectively, while enabling communication across technical and business teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong scheduling, reporting, and coordination experience who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.


What You’ll Do Project Planning & Coordination
  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of Telecom and IT projects

  • Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and task dependencies using tools like P6 Primavera

  • Create project baselines, timelines, and work breakdown structures

  • Coordinate schedules across internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders


Team Collaboration & Communication
  • Facilitate meetings and support Telecom and technical project teams

  • Act as a liaison between technical SMEs, vendors, and business units

  • Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels

  • Support stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the project lifecycle


Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify and track project risks and dependencies

  • Support development of mitigation plans for technical or schedule challenges

  • Collaborate with teams to resolve roadblocks and ensure progress


Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports and dashboards

  • Track project performance against scope, schedule, and budget metrics

Operational Support
  • Open and manage projects and work orders in WAM or similar systems

What You’ll Need
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, planning, or operations support

  • Experience with project tracking tools such as:

    • P6 Primavera

    • ServiceNow

    • WAM (or similar systems)

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies

  • Ability to manage schedules, reporting, and cross-functional coordination

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Familiarity with IT and Telecom systems, infrastructure, or operations

  • CAPM or entry-level Project Management certification

  • Experience supporting technical or infrastructure projects
