Location: Kansas City, KS Employment Type: Full-Time


About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Telecom Quality Assurance Specialist to support daily production review, documentation accuracy, and compliance across our telecom operations. This role is critical to ensuring that field data, photos, redlines, and closeout packages meet company standards and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple crews and project managers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review daily production reports, photos, redlines, and job documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Verify that field work aligns with project specifications, safety standards, and customer requirements
  • Identify discrepancies, missing information, or quality issues and communicate them to the appropriate team
  • Track and log daily QA/QC findings to support operational improvements
  • Ensure closeout packages meet all required standards before submission
  • Collaborate with field crews, supervisors, and project managers to resolve issues quickly
  • Maintain organized digital records and documentation
  • Support continuous improvement efforts within the QA/QC process
