Description
Team Fishel , the Best Choice Employer in Utility Construction since 1936, is hiring a Telecom Construction Project Manager for our Louisville, KY operation.
The Project Manager will help oversee multiple projects directly related to telecom construction for underground and overhead projects. They will help obtain, supervise, and administer the necessary resources (both internal and external) required to complete projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for regular communication updates with customers and stakeholders, and they will keep track of metrics as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Organize materials, equipment, and labor
  • Provide all required job reports
  • Complete as-builts and redline prints
  • Manage change order and progress billing
  • Communicate job status with customer, be responsive to requests
  • Ensures safety practices are observed by all crews
  • Report, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of a project
  • May work independently performing site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assurance
  • Provide effective leadership for the project team
  • Evaluate Teammate's performance and develop a plan for increasing growth and responsibility

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Demonstrated 5+ years of telecom construction leadership experience is required
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Experience in contract management, change orders, and unit price schedules
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and create as-builds prints
  • Must have computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
  • Valid driver's license
