We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Program & Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across business and technology organizations. This individual will be responsible for driving large-scale programs, ensuring successful execution through strong governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and executive communication.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide initiatives, operating within SAFe and Agile delivery frameworks, managing large data-focused programs, and partnering with executive leadership to achieve strategic business objectives.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead and manage complex enterprise programs and projects across multiple business and technology teams.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource forecasts.
  • Drive execution using Agile and SAFe delivery methodologies, ensuring alignment across teams and workstreams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and blockers.
  • Facilitate program governance activities, including steering committee meetings, executive updates, and status reporting.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, technology leaders, and vendors to ensure successful program outcomes.
  • Oversee data-related initiatives, including system integrations, data modernization efforts, and enterprise transformation programs.
  • Monitor program performance through key metrics, milestones, and delivery health indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices.
  • Support organizational change management and adoption activities to drive successful implementation and business outcomes.
Who You Are:
  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-level programs and projects.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technology and business initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge and experience working within SAFe Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Experience leading enterprise data programs, system implementations, and transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success managing executive stakeholders and delivering clear, concise executive reporting.
  • Strong program governance, risk management, budgeting, and dependency management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience with project and portfolio management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare industry experience, including payer, provider, or healthcare technology environments.
  • Experience supporting or implementing FHIR-compliant APIs and healthcare interoperability solutions.
  • Knowledge of CMS regulatory requirements and healthcare compliance standards.
  • Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to improve operational efficiency, analytics, decision-making, or business processes.
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe Agilist, SPC, or related certifications preferred.
