Job Summary:
This role is the first point of contact for potential and existing customers. It functions as both a partner, and a resource, to our customers, our sales staff, and our technical staff.  It is perfect for those who are organized and enjoy talking on the phone and coordinating appointments. The successful Office Manager is an ethical, energetic, and customer focused team player. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
·       Learn and fully understand the USA Insulation product offerings and pricing strategies.
·       Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
·       Manage and distribute sales leads from all sources. 
·       Immediately contact leads with the goal of:
o   establishing a pleasant, always respectful rapport with the prospect.  
o   following the USA Insulation script for qualifying prospects, with the end goal of scheduling an in-home consultation with a USA Insulation Energy Consultant. 
·       Document all activity in the company CRM.
·       Follow up communication with customers to assure satisfaction and gain positive reviews on Social Media platforms. 
·       Work closely with the sales team and technical team to ensure timely execution. 
·       Manage the company job board and scheduling calendar.
·       Manage the office.
·       Provide support to the General Manager, as requested.
 
Candidate Requirements:
·       A positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities is a must. 
·       Proven sales and/or customer service success. 
·       Strong people and communication skills.
·       Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
·       Experience using a CRM.        
·       Detail oriented. 
·       Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple projects.
