What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll lead the successful execution of complex electric utility and renewable energy projects, with a primary focus on Transmission and Offshore Wind infrastructure.

You will provide overall project leadership while partnering with engineering, procurement, construction, regulatory, and client teams to ensure project goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and successfully.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality from initiation through closeout.
  • Leading major engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Supporting transmission projects involving overhead transmission lines, substations, underground transmission systems, and offshore wind interconnection infrastructure.
  • Developing project execution strategies and monitoring performance against key milestones and deliverables.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Identifying and resolving project risks, issues, and change impacts before they affect project outcomes.
  • Tracking financial performance, forecasting costs, and ensuring effective budget management.
  • Driving a culture of safety, collaboration, accountability, and inclusion.
  • Supporting business growth through client engagement, proposal development, and strategic project planning (senior-level roles).

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field. Or equivalent related experience
  • Experience managing utility, transmission, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience supporting and/or leading projects involving:
    • Transmission line infrastructure
    • Offshore wind development and execution
    • Engineering, procurement, and construction activities
  • Knowledge of project scheduling, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced project environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
  • Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or comparable scheduling tools.
  • Familiarity with utility regulatory requirements and owner, consultant, or EPC delivery models.
  • Experience with large-scale transmission, substation, renewable generation, or offshore interconnection projects.

Benefits & Salary:

  • This position pays between $100,000 and $160,000 annually and is an exempt position.
  • Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
  • Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
  • May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
