Provide guidance and support in the development of projects at all system layers, including data sourcing and consumption, back-office and user application systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support in the development of projects at all system layers, including data sourcing and consumption, back-office and user application systems.
  • Responsible for analysis related to business and corporate process, design, development and implementation of information technology systems, as well as consulting with project owners to resolve issues regarding operations, implementations, and system status.
  • Research and recommend strategies for department direction on customer- and agent-facing systems, technical interfaces, and automated system solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise on complex projects and research new technology for use by department. 5- 10 years of experience.
