Job Description
Telecom Construction Manager
Will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of telecom and civil construction projects from planning through completion. This role manages field crews and subcontractors, ensures projects stay on schedule and within budget, maintains project financials, and serves as a primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple construction projects while maintaining clear communication with internal teams, field personnel, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Construction Management
- Manage all phases of telecom and civil construction projects including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
- Coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Oversee site construction including fiber deployment, conduit installation, trenching, boring, handholes, vaults, and related telecom infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering drawings, permits, and local regulations.
- Identify and resolve construction issues, delays, or field conflicts.
Crew & Field Operations Management
- Supervise field crews, installers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Schedule and coordinate field resources to maintain productivity and project timelines.
- Conduct field visits and site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
