Job Summary:
Inorsa is a rapidly growing company in the telecom and structural engineering industries, focused on transforming how critical infrastructure is built. They are seeking a detail-oriented Drafting QA Specialist responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of deliverables through quality assurance and validation.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver end-to-end telecom drawings and support internal drafting standards (templates, CAD libraries)
• Test AI-generated outputs
• Collect and share feedback on drawing accuracy and completeness
• Review files in DWG, PDF, and other viewer formats
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience as an AutoCAD drafter, with preference given to telecom industry experience
• Understanding of telecom workflows and drafting standards
• Detail-oriented with clear, structured communication skills
• Self-driven, comfortable working with direction, high level of self-discipline
• Strong attention to detail
Preferred:
• Telecom drafting experience
• Experience with 3D modeling tools like Revit, SolidWorks, or Inventor
• Familiarity with permitting workflows, GIS tools, and regulatory code compliance
