Job description

The Telecom Business Development Manager will be responsible for providing tailored value propositions for Telco customer journey modernization leveraging GenerativeAI, Agentic AI, 1P/3P contact center solutions and GSI/ISV partners. The role requires understanding industry challenges for the consumer and business customer journey. The role is expected to deliver business outcome driven propositions along with solutions for customer in personalization, contact center modernization and substantial improvement in engagement with customers.
Key job responsibilities
Engage with senior Telecom CX executives and Contact Center leaders to create baseline, gap assessment and To-be state.
Understand and communicate Telecom Enterprise architecture and Telephony integration.
Run EBC's and business engagements for Contact center domain
Knowledge in Generative AI & Agentic AI capabilities Transform telecom contact centers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of solving problems with technology in the Telecommunications industry experience
- 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
- 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- Proficient in at least 2 of the Contact center solutions - Amazon Connect, Genesys, Avaya, Nice, Google CCAI etc

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
