Join a high-performance eICU team where clinical expertise meets world-class technology. As a Tele-Intensivist, youll deliver advanced critical care from a state-of-the-art command center while being supported by dedicated nurses, a pharmacist, and clinical teams, using advanced platforms like Philips eCareManager and Epic. As a member of a High Reliability Organization (HRO) committed to "Just Culture" principles, you will be part of an organization that focuses on safety, standardization, and continuous process improvement.

Role Overview

Provide cutting-edge real-time remote ICU care and expert clinical guidance in a technology-enabled tele-ICU environment.

Extend your expertise from the eICU Command center providing oversight of multiple ICU settings across a 4-hospital integrated delivery network.

Monitor patient conditions and intervene proactively when changes occur.

Provide guidance during emergencies, including rapid response and code events.

Collaborate closely with the eICU team in addition to bedside physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members.

Drive quality, safety, and evidence-based care across the health system.

Tele-Intensivist coverage is 7:00 PM7:00 AM, with flexible block scheduling options.

True shift-based role with no responsibilities outside scheduled hours.

Qualifications

Board Certified/Eligible in Critical Care Medicine.

Active Florida Medical License (or eligibility to obtain).

ICU experience required, telemedicine experience preferred.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially during high-pressure moments.
