Hospitalist Physician
Texas Gulf Coast | 12-Hour Shifts | $2,000 per Shift
1099 Opportunity | No Residents
She Recruits is partnering with a community-based acute care hospital along the Texas Gulf Coast to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hospitalist (IM or FM).
This is a smaller-volume hospital offering strong shift compensation, structured APP support, and manageable patient census.
Compensation
$2,000 per 12-hour shift (7a-7p)
Physician takes night call coverage (APP onsite overnight)
1099 structure
Schedule Structure
  • 12-hour day shift: 7a-7p (onsite)
  • Night coverage: 7p-7a (APP onsite; physician telephonic accessibility required)
  • No residents
Physician remains responsible for oversight during call coverage.

Requirements
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Hospitalist experience preferred
  • ACLS & BLS required
  • Texas license or eligibility
