Core Clinical Partners is expanding onsite Hospital Medicine services at Upson Regional Medical Center and is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our day shift hospitalist team.
This is a team-based, on-site model with strong physician collaboration and support.
Schedule- 7 AM – 7 PM
- Full-time schedule (block scheduling options available)
- 1 Day Hospitalist Physician
- 1 Day NP/PA
- 1 Night NP/PA
- ~30 average daily census
- 115-bed community hospital
- 10-bed open ICU with tele-intensivist support
- EMR: Meditech Expanse
- Manage admissions, daily rounding, and discharges on medical/surgical patients
- Complete H&Ps, progress notes, and discharge documentation
- Collaborate closely with hospitalists, nursing, and case management
- Support patient throughput and care coordination
- Participate in ICU management with tele-intensivist support as needed
- Perform procedures based on experience and comfort level
- Board Certified NP or PA
- Hospital medicine or inpatient experience preferred
