Registered Nurse (RN) Duties, Responsibilities, & Qualifications:

  • Provide direct patient care and oversee delivery of nursing services.

  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.

  • Monitor patient progress, update care plans, and maintain accurate files and documentation.

  • Hold an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) state license.

  • Demonstrate strong clinical judgement, critical thinking, and leadership skills.

  • Communicate effectively and professionally.

  • Previous experience as a nurse in long-term or skilled care is preferred, but not a requirement.
