Must-Have: Advanced skills in general trauma pediatric, orthopedic, ENT, and neuro surgery. Experience in circulating or scrubbing for pediatric procedures.

Description: Unit Profile: Number of Beds: 50 beds. Operating Rooms: 4 operating rooms. Patient Ratios: 1:1. Unit staffing includes coordinators and technical support. Equipment used includes Stryker, microscope, Neptune, and C-arm. Documentation system used is Epic. Scheduling requirements: Shifts from 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM or 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM. Floating policy requires staff to float to main unit if needed. Patient experience involves a child and parent care model. Staff members are recognized for their skilled pediatric care. Certifications required include BLS. Dress code requires scrubs in navy and black for RNs and seal blue for CSTs, with any scrub top pattern allowed. New pediatric facility features all new equipment and connects to main resources. Staff members enjoy a family-like atmosphere with supportive management and growth opportunities.
