Location: 371 Hoes Lane, Suite 201, Piscataway, NJ 08854 

Duration: Full Time

Schedule: 5 Days Onsite

About Us:

First-Tek, Inc. is a fast-growing staffing and talent solutions firm supporting leading clients across Aerospace, Defense, Aviation, Entertainment, and Technology industries across the United States. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Recruiter to join our team in Piscataway, NJ.

Responsibilities:

•         Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for contract and full-time positions.

•         Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

•         Utilize ATS platforms and job portals to track candidates and maintain recruitment data.

•         Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.

•         Build strong pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.

•         Coordinate with account managers and clients to understand hiring requirements.

•         Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

•         Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to clients.

•         Support recruitment reporting and database management.

Requirements

•         2–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within staffing or agency recruiting.

•         Experience recruiting for Aerospace, Defense, Aviation, Entertainment, or related industries is a plus.

•         Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.

•         Hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

•         Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.

•         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•         Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite team environment.

•         Bachelor’s degree preferred.
