Virginia, Minnesota offers a perfect blend of small-town charm and natural beauty. Located 60 miles north of Duluth and 200 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul, this charming community provides easy access to outdoor recreation while maintaining a strong sense of community.
Facility:
This dynamic, multi-specialty medical group serves a combined population of 134,000 in the Arrowhead and Itasca Lakes regions. The state-of-the-art clinic boasts beautiful views of a golf course and features comprehensive amenities including laboratory, radiology, retail pharmacy, optical shop, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, Cancer Center, and Regional Heart Center. The facility is certified as HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 for both Inpatient and Ambulatory services.
Opportunity:
Join an established Urology practice with potential outreach opportunities. This position offers a collaborative environment with 26 multi-specialty colleagues including internal medicine, family practice, ENT, anesthesia, dermatology, general surgery, pediatrics, ophthalmology, occupational medicine, OB/GYN, pathology, primary care/sports medicine, and 10 allied health providers.
Job Details:
• Provide a broad scope of Urology services to a diverse patient population, including adults and some pediatric/teen patients• Work closely with existing in-house Urologists in a supportive and collaborative setting• Utilize advanced technology including a Davinci robot, GE multi-slice CT scanner, and a new 1.5 Tesla MRI• Benefit from a balanced call schedule of 1:7 weekdays and 1:7 weekends• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology required; experience with pediatric patients is a plus• Ideal candidates are energetic, patient-centered team players looking to make a difference in a supportive and innovative environment
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
