What You'll Be Doing

As a WRTS Team Member, you'll play a key role in ensuring every child and family feels welcome and supported. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting children and families during their visits to the gym.
- Supervising play areas to ensure safety and fun for everyone.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the gym. Cleaning is a huge part of this position.
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service to parents and caregivers.
- Supporting team members in creating an inclusive and engaging environment.
