GVI, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Technical Writer II to join our Team in White Sands Missile Range (WSMR). Position Overview: The Tech Writer 1 role supporting the NAVSEA ETSS (Electronic Test and Support Systems) program at WSMR (White Sands Missile Range) involves developing, editing, and managing critical military test documentation, technical manuals, and operational procedures to support complex Naval surface and air defense systems. Position Responsibilities: * Test Documentation: Drafting and editing comprehensive test plans, data collection frameworks, and final result analyses for programs conducted at WSMR. * System Manuals: Creating step-by-step operating instructions, troubleshooting guides, and maintenance manuals for ETSS hardware and software. * Compliance & Security: Ensuring all documents adhere to strict Department of Defense (DoD) security protocols, information assurance policies, and data retention standards. * Cross-Functional Collaboration:Working alongside naval engineers, project managers, and logistics professionals to translate complex technical data into clear, accurate content.
