It can lead to senior management positions and offers competitive salaries in the tech industry.

Job description

Salary:

Isos Technology is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead delivery of our largest, most complex enterprise engagements. This is a program-level role, not a project management role. You will serve as the Strategic Program Lead for assigned Project Managers, owning multi-workstream programs for Fortune 500 clients, managing senior client relationships, and shaping long-term account strategy in partnership with Sales.

You will be the single point of accountability for aligning multiple project teams, ensuring delivery stays on track, on budget, and cohesive. You will also be responsible for identifying risks and opportunities early, often before they surface in formal reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of large, multi-workstream Atlassian migration, implementation, and managed services programs for Fortune 500 clients
  • Lead and coordinate multiple project managers, technical consultants, and architects across concurrent workstreams
  • Translate complex technical and business discussions into clear, unified narratives for stakeholders
  • Manage senior client relationships at the Director, VP, and C-suite level, including communication, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment
  • Partner with Sales to identify, scope, and close follow-on opportunities
  • Structure and manage programs spanning multiple SOWs, POs, and business units
  • Proactively identify risks, scope changes, and resourcing gaps, and lead mitigation and change discussions with clients
  • Coach and develop project managers within assigned programs

Experience

  • 8+ years of program manager experience managing complex programs, multiple projects in consulting, professional services, or enterprise delivery
  • Experience managing multiple projects under a single program
  • Fluency in Fortune 500 environments, with an understanding of procurement, multi-business-unit dynamics, and senior stakeholder navigation
  • Sales-awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities and engage in strategic client conversations
  • Technically grounded, with enough understanding of delivery work to guide decisions and ask the right questions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize multiple perspectives into a clear, actionable narrative

Preferred

  • Atlassian product experience, including Jira, Confluence, JSM, and JPD
  • Experience with large-scale cloud migration programs
  • CSM, PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
