We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager with 6-8 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably within the Compliance domain. The role requires strong expertise in managing complex, cross-functional programs, engaging senior stakeholders, and ensuring seamless delivery against scope, schedule, cost, and quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, governance, and reporting skills, along with hands-on proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and modern Agile delivery tools
JD (Key Responsibilties)
Develop and maintain program-wide, high-level project plans aligned with scope, milestones, and delivery timelines.
Track and report key achievements, proactively recommending adjustments to plans to address risks, issues, and dependencies.
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of program budgets, forecasts, and actuals using approved financial and reporting tools.
Monitor delivery progress and communicate timely, clear, and concise status updates covering cost, schedule, forecast, risks, and issues.
Influence and negotiate with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure adequate support and resources throughout the initiative lifecycle.
Anticipate program and project risks/issues and ensure appropriate mitigation and contingency plans are in place to protect delivery outcomes.
Drive effective governance forums and ensure alignment across multiple teams and organizational units.
Leverage Agile delivery frameworks and tools to support tracking of capabilities, features, and user stories.
Mandatory skills*
6-8 years of experience as a Project or Program Manager within Financial Services, preferably in the Compliance domain.
Proven experience managing complex initiatives across multiple teams and business units.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
High proficiency in MS Excel (tracking, reporting, analysis) and MS PowerPoint (executive-level presentations).
Solid understanding of Agile SDLC concepts, including capabilities, features, and user stories.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Rally, or similar project and Agile management platforms.
Desired Skills
Prior experience working within a PMO environment.
Strong risk and dependency management capabilities.
Ability to adapt communication style based on audience and program status.
Experience in regulatory or compliance-driven initiatives.
