Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership
  • Lead multiple related projects within enterprise Data and MDM programs.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate work across multiple delivery teams and vendors.
  • Drive execution toward committed business outcomes.
  • Governance & Delivery Management
  • Establish program governance and reporting.
  • Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and executive status reviews.
  • Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Ensure decisions, action items, and escalations are documented and resolved.
  • Monitor program health using schedule, financial, quality, and delivery metrics.
  • Cross-functional Coordination
  • Coordinate business, IT, infrastructure, security, data governance, architecture, security, and vendor teams.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies.
  • Remove organizational roadblocks impacting delivery.
  • Ensure alignment between business priorities and delivery plans.
  • Financial & Resource Management
  • Develop and manage program budgets and forecasts.
  • Track Client and operational expenditures.
  • Coordinate resource planning across projects.
  • Manage vendor contracts and statements of work as applicable.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Build relationships with executive sponsors and business leaders.
  • Provide transparent communication regarding progress, risks, and decisions.
  • Facilitate alignment among diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Data & MDM-Specific Responsibilities
  • Coordinate implementation of enterprise Master Data Management capabilities.
  • Manage delivery of Customer, Producer, Product or other domain MDM initiatives.
  • Coordinate data migration and data quality activities.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance standards.
  • Oversee delivery dependencies involving:
