Position Summary
- Responsible for working with a variety of technical teams, product owners, line of business/operations users to support and drive delivery of change for Claims technology applications and infrastructure.
- Coordinates across cross-functional teams to ensure technology delivery is on time and within budget.
- Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
- Ensures all audit documentation is in line with Enterprise change standards guidelines and timelines.
- Supports project reporting and other communications across the teams as required.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of end-to-end technology project and change management experience with strong analytical skills, problem solving, and conceptual thinking
- Experience leading and supporting technology teams in the delivery of business outcomes in scrum agile framework
- Ability to anticipate risks and successfully develop and drive mitigation plans
- Ability to work self-directed and independently as well as part of a team
- Strong ability to interact, communicate, and influence vertically and horizontally
- Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding
- Ability to navigate in complex and changing environment
- Strong communication/presentation/executive presence skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) Working knowledge of using JIRA
Desired Qualifications
- Tools (PPRT, PMMT, PCM, CeCe, GCP AR, Nexus, ALM, Prism, Jira, Confluence, (UCRA and CAST optional))
- Working knowledge of the Bank of America Enterprise Change Management Standards
