Position Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, execution and completion of IT Application Development projects.

  • Organize and facilitate project meetings and collaborative working sessions with senior IT and business leaders.

  • Create detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, risk assessments and staffing needs.

  • Provide clear and informative project updates to stakeholders.

  • Monitor and document project risks and issues, escalating them with solutions as needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

  • 5+ years of IT project management experience leading complex, custom software development.

  • Proficient in AI tools, including Copilot, Claude or similar.

  • Experience managing teams that deliver agentic AI software solutions preferred.
