Position Summary

The IT Manager leads all aspects of the organization’s technology infrastructure, ensuring systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with business needs. This role drives IT strategy, oversees day-to-day operations, and partners across departments to deliver reliable, scalable technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support all IT systems including ERP, infrastructure, hardware, software, and network operations across the organization
  • Develop and execute IT strategies, policies, and best practices to improve performance, security, and scalability
  • Oversee major IT initiatives such as system upgrades, migrations, and technology implementations
  • Manage IT vendors and service providers while evaluating new technologies to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure data security, backups, disaster recovery planning, and system integrity across all platforms
  • Maintain IT budgets, track assets, and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience leading IT operations, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
