Job description

Behavioral Health Clinic is growing and we're looking for a Psychiatrist (MD/DO) who wants to do more than practice medicine.

At Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC), you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional psychiatric care while helping shape the future of behavioral health across Wisconsin.

This isn't just another clinical position. As our organization continues to expand, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a physician leadership role, collaborating with executive leadership on clinical excellence, quality initiatives, provider mentorship, and program development.

Why BHC?

Flexible full-time or part-time opportunities

Hybrid, telehealth, and in-person practice options

Collaborative multidisciplinary team

Strong administrative support so you can focus on patient care

Leadership growth opportunities

Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits

Join a mission-driven organization where you'll work alongside psychologists, therapists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, speech-language pathologists, school psychologists, social workers, and other behavioral health professionals—all committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

If you're passionate about improving access to quality mental healthcare and want to make a lasting impact on patients, providers, and the future of behavioral health, we'd love to hear from you.

Wisconsin locations statewide with telehealth opportunities available.
