Vista Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist to join our team. The CT Technologist is responsible for operating CT scanners to obtain high-quality diagnostic images. This role involves patient care, ensuring safety, performing diagnostic scans, and maintaining the CT equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT scans of patients in accordance with physician orders and protocols.

  • Ensure patient safety by following all safety guidelines and protocols.

  • Position patients correctly to ensure accurate imaging results.

  • Maintain and operate CT equipment, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.

  • Administer contrast agents when necessary and monitor patients for reactions.

  • Assist physicians in analyzing diagnostic images.

  • Provide instructions and comfort to patients throughout the scanning process.

  • Maintain accurate patient records, including imaging results and preparation.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards.

  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent care.

  • Adhere to infection control and patient privacy standards.

Qualifications:
