About You:

Versana is looking for a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution of a strategic software development initiative, from product inception through go-to-market launch.ย

This role owns both:
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Software development program execution across multiple Scrum teams
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Definition, alignment, and tracking of the go-to-market strategyย 
ย 
You will operate at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Compliance, Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership to ensure the product is delivered on time, production-ready, and successfully launched into the market. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on company growth.ย

Key Responsibilities:ย 
ย 
Program Leadershipย 
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, from planning and design through launch and operationalization.
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Develop detailed program plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and blockers, ensuring predictable execution.
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Facilitate effective communication across engineering, product, and leadership teams.ย 
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Additional duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned from time to time as operational needs evolve.ย 
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Periodically work outside standard business hours, such as during infrastructure upgrades and/or releases.

Technical Expertise
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Partner with Product Managers to translate product requirements into technical workstreams.
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Understand architecture, APIs, data flows, and system components to effectively drive discussions and challenge technical decisions when needed.
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Work with engineering leads to break down complex problems into executable work.
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Support design of scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Coordinate across engineering, DevOps, and UX teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Drive scalable Agile execution across multiple Scrum teams
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Establish and track KPIs for program success, ensuring transparency for stakeholders.

Go-To-Market Strategy Execution
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Compliance to define the GTM roadmap
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Align engineering milestones with GTM milestones
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Track launch readiness across technical and business functions
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Coordinate beta programs, feature flag rollouts, and phased releases
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Ensure regulatory, security, and operational readiness prior to launch

Must Have:ย 
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย 10+ years in technical program/project management
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Proven experience leading multi-team software programs (enterprise-grade preferred)
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Demonstrated ownership of product launch or major feature go-to-market initiatives
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud architecture
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Experience operating in fintech or regulated environments
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Experience managing TPMs, PMs, or Scrum Masters
