About this Position
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Net at Work, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth by initiating meaningful conversations, uncovering new opportunities, and fueling the success of our Account Executives.
In this role, you'll connect with prospective customers to understand their challenges, spark curiosity, and introduce innovative business solutions. Based near our Raleigh, NC office, this position is ideal for energetic early-career professionals-or ambitious career changers-who thrive in competitive environments and love to learn and win.
You'll work closely with our Business Development Manager and sales leadership, receiving hands-on mentorship and professional development opportunities to prepare you for a high-impact sales career. Job Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound cold calls, inbound inquiries, email, and other channels.
  • Execute and refine call cadences to maximize contact and qualification rates.
  • Make 75-100 outbound calls daily, consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation quotas.
  • Manage and execute call campaigns, including follow-ups and on-demand lead generation activities.
  • Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to Account Executives, maintaining clear communication and feedback.
  • Build trust and establish account presence quickly, meeting KPIs for lead quantity, quality, and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, documenting all activities to maximize opportunity potential.
  • Participate in our Sales Professional Development Program, preparing for future growth into advanced sales roles.

  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Motivated, humble, and eager to learn in a collaborative "win-as-a-team" environment.

Compensation and Benefits
Base hourly rate: $22.50.
This position is also eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
