Job Summary:
This hybrid role combines the creation of clear, accurate technical documentation with day-to-day administrative support for the department. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can translate complex information into user-friendly content while also keeping office operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Writing
  • Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation including user guides, manuals, SOPs, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (engineers, product managers, support teams) to gather information and ensure accuracy
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise content for diverse audiences
  • Maintain document version control and ensure content is up to date across all platforms
  • Develop and enforce style guides and documentation standards
  • Review and proofread materials for grammar, clarity, and consistency
  • Create diagrams, screenshots, and visual aids to support written content
Administrative Support
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members/leadership
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Order and track office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with onboarding new employees (paperwork, orientation materials)
  • Support event planning and logistics for team meetings or company events
  • Process expense reports and basic invoicing as needed

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation, or a related administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred:
