Job description

Job Description Our client is customer reference management technology and services company - a kind of "Swiss Army knife" of customer reference programs, including customer content development services, supplemental staffing and point services to meet unique program need. They have a "native" cloud-based application (available as a Salesforce.com app or stand-alone), which provides automation, collaboration, and self-service. They are currently seeking a technical writer to help them create, update and improve documentation related to the app

Some of the documentation includes system admin documentation/guides that manage the application, but has more standalone docs that need work. The have three releases a year that covers marketing, sales admin, and so on, but they have a backlog they need to bring online ASAP. The client has a style guide to assist, but they are very particular about how the screenshots should read for their audience (mostly high-tech business).

To shorten the learning curve, the right candidate has familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Confluence Cloud. They will also be able to write in with a "human voice" and the business angle of the client. The Level of Effort will be approximately 10-20 hours per week for at least 3 months, then 5-10 hours/week for the foreseeable future.

The client is accepting candidates for immediate consideration. Please submit relevant writing samples with application.
