Salesforce Technical Analyst preferably with Field Service Lightning
• Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce platform as a technical analyst
• Well versed with supporting Salesforce application users during cutover and stabilization period
• Ability to communicate with users and understand application issues, perform troubleshooting, work with the development team to resolve issues and provide user support
• Experience in configuration, development, testing and deployment of Lighting applications, preferably Field Service Lightning
• Good knowledge of Salesforce data model and utilization of objects to understand application issues and potential bug fixes
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas and issues to business stakeholders, application analysts, and client IT teams
• Excellent organizational skills with experience in facilitating business process discussions, documenting and managing a task list, and driving open issues to closure
