Job Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst with experience in Salesforce implementations and strong business analysis capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support the implementation of Salesforce solutions across various platforms. Experience in financial services, lending, or automotive finance environments is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with key business stakeholders across Finance, Lending, Leasing, Customer Service, Dealer Services, and Digital Channels to gather and document business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support solution design and implementation across Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, along with integrated financial systems.
  • Analyze and document end-to-end business processes, including:
    • Loan origination
    • Credit decisioning
    • Customer onboarding
    • Servicing and collections
    • Dealer interactions
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions align with architecture standards and Salesforce best practices.
  • Support data mapping, system integrations, and API-based interactions with core financial systems, Dealer Management Systems (DMS), and third-party platforms.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support testing activities, including UAT planning, test case creation, defect triage, and validation.
  • Ensure solutions comply with financial services regulations, data privacy, and security standards.
  • Assist with release planning, change management, documentation, and post-deployment support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce implementation experience.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce, including:
    • Salesforce Data Model and Security Model
    • Flows, Workflows, and Validation Rules
    • Reports and Dashboards
  • Experience working in financial services, automotive finance, banking, or lending domains.
  • Familiarity with loan, lease, and customer lifecycle processes.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models.
  • Strong documentation skills including BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows.
