Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your Future The Technical Analyst I – Salesforce DevOps supports the Salesforce Platform Engineering organization by coordinating development activities, maintaining documentation and release pipelines, executing test cycles, and producing operational reports across Lennar’s enterprise Salesforce ecosystem.

This role partners closely with internal Salesforce developers, business stakeholders, and external platform vendors to ensure deliverables remain on schedule and that stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a foundational understanding of Salesforce development practices, DevOps methodologies, and a strong desire to grow within a fast-paced enterprise environment. Your Responsibilities on the Team Coordinate meetings, development workshops, and sprint ceremonies for Salesforce DevOps projects, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned on scope, release timelines, and platform deliverables.

Write, revise, and maintain documentation of Salesforce development processes, release procedures, deployment runbooks, and platform policies in support of DevOps and Salesforce Platform operations. Track and update Salesforce DevOps team work plans in Jira and GitHub, coordinate deliverables across Salesforce development, QA, and business teams, and manage task dependencies to keep release cycles on track. Support Salesforce CI/CD pipeline activities, including monitoring deployments via tools such as Salesforce DX (SFDX), Copado, Gearset, or similar DevOps platforms, and flagging pipeline failures or environment issues to the engineering team.

Perform structured testing across all Salesforce release phases—including sandbox validation, UAT coordination, and regression testing—providing detailed feedback to the Salesforce DevOps team and downstream business stakeholders. Produce and distribute recurring status reports including sprint summaries, deployment tracking logs, release velocity metrics, and environment health summaries, while identifying potential missed deadlines or emerging risks. Assist in Salesforce org management activities such as sandbox refreshes, permission set audits, and user provisioning coordination in partnership with the platform engineering and security teams.

Support Salesforce data management tasks including data migration validation, data loader operations, and data quality monitoring as needed during release cycles. Coordinate with Salesforce ISV vendors, AppExchange partners, and internal product teams to ensure third-party package updates and platform upgrades are properly scheduled, tested, and documented. Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, Salesforce administration, or a related IT role. Hands-on exposure to Salesforce platform fundamentals (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud); Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is a plus. Technical Skills Basic understanding of Salesforce development concepts including Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL is preferred.

Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira or GitHub Projects; familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce reporting or dashboards is a plus. Core Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns, gaps, and risks across release and deployment data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical DevOps concepts for non-technical business stakeholders. Eagerness to learn and develop new Salesforce platform and DevOps skills in a rapidly evolving technology landscape. Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing, documentation, and release coordination.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities across active release sprints.
