  • You will troubleshoot plant operational issues and deliver timely, effective technical solutions to maintain safe and consistent production
  • And you will identify and lead small-scale projects that improve plant reliability, efficiency, and overall performance
  • You will support the safe, efficient startup of new production facilities and ensure operational readiness
  • You will develop and deliver technical training to operations personnel to strengthen onsite capabilities
  • Additionally, establish and maintain best practices, technical standards, and critical alerts to drive consistency across operations
  • Furthermore, utilize EAM systems to identify critical spares, optimize maintenance strategies, and improve asset availability
  • Partner with design and installation teams to enhance future plant designs and long-term performance outcomes
  • Lastly, track and report KPIs, provide technical input for business opportunities, and support operations with up to 30% travel and occasional after-hours support
