Job description

The Technical Support role requires a seasoned professional with over 4 years of diverse experience in helpdesk and desktop support. This position involves managing and troubleshooting a variety of systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Azure, and Okta Admin, alongside providing hardware and software support in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and maintain a polished and professional demeanor, often interacting with executive users.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
  • Administer and troubleshoot Azure and Okta Multi-Factor Authentication
  • Perform physical computer moves and hardware troubleshooting
  • Deliver break/fix support and basic hardware maintenance
  • Support audiovisual equipment and web conferencing tools
  • Assist with Windows 10 operating system support
  • Utilize ticketing systems to manage and track support requests
  • Conduct remote support and network/server diagnostics
  • Implement and manage standard security software
