If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and eager to support a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you.

We hire people, not positions. That's because, at Concora Credit, we put people first, including our customers, partners, and Team Members. Concora Credit is guided by a single purpose: to help non-prime customers do more with credit. Today, we have helped millions of customers access credit. Our industry leadership, resilience, and willingness to adapt ensure we can help our partners responsibly say yes to millions more. We're seeking someone who wants to impact the business and play a pivotal role in leading the charge for change.

As our Associate Technical Program Analyst, you will:

  • Support Technical Program Analysts in the day-to-day execution of tasks related to the underwriting program, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Perform recurring weekly and monthly administrative and remediation tasks using established procedures and checklists.
  • Maintain highly detailed and organized files and logs for remediation processes.
  • Document your completed work and provide status updates on recurring assignments.
  • Identify and report data discrepancies, missing information, or process issues.
  • Execute and validate basic SQL queries and scripts to retrieve, update, and verify data.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formatting, filtering, and reconciliation.
  • Pull standard reports from internal systems as directed, flagging any obvious discrepancies for review by senior analysts.
  • Assist with the review, organization, and maintenance of adverse action letter documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining process documentation and updating procedures.
  • Ensure that tasks related to Audit, Compliance, and Legal requirements are tracked and completed as instructed.
  • Interface with the Operations, Compliance, and Risk teams as needed on audits.
  • Other duties as assigned.

These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

We know experience comes in many forms and that many skills are transferable. If your experience is close to what we're looking for, consider applying. Diversity has made us the entrepreneurial and innovative company that we are today.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook; ability to produce organized reports and track data in spreadsheets.
  • Basic familiarity with data concepts and structured information (e.g., reading reports or data exports); prior exposure to SQL or database tools is preferred but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to summarize information clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to meet recurring deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Naturally curious and proactive, with a track record of following through on tasks and surfacing issues when they arise.
  • Must always maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

What’s In It For You:

  • Medical, Dental and Vision insurance for you and your family
  • Relax and recharge with Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • 6 company-observed paid holidays, plus 3 paid floating holidays
  • 401k (after 90 days) plus employer match up to 4%
  • Pet Insurance for your furry family members
  • Wellness perks including onsite fitness equipment at both locations, EAP, and access to the Headspace App
  • We invest in your future through Tuition Reimbursement
  • Save on taxes with Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Peace of mind with Life and AD&D Insurance
  • Protect yourself with company-paid Long-Term Disability and voluntary Short-Term Disability
